TeSys Giga high power contactor, 4 poles (4 NO) suitable for category AC-1 applications up to 1050A @440V. It's equipped with 48-130V AC/DC wide band low consumption electronic coil, PLC output control and embedded with highly reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block (17V 1mA). Designed for demanding applications with maximum operating rates up to 300 cycles per hour and environments up to 60°C. It’s built with high reliability delivering mechanical durability up to 5 million cycles. Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) is a standard function, which continuously monitors and provide feedback through healthy and alarm conditions by an LED indicator Remote signaling of wear diagnosis is enabled by an optional Remote Wear Diagnosis (RWD) module. It is possible to replace switching module (main contacts) and control module. Enhancing contactor life and maintenance possible without removing main power cables/busbars, thanks to cable-memory connection blocks. Front accessible main power connections are with bolted connection and control connections by push-in terminals and easy and quick assembly.
