The VF209W is a premium high pressure butterfly valve for heavy duty HVAC and industrial applications. The valve is used as an isolation valve or a control valve. The valve disc is coated with Nylon 11 thermoplastic material ensuring excellent durabiility against corrosion. Optimised seat and disc design for high close off pressures and Nylon valve disc coating for a better friciton resistance and protection for aggressive water. Valve size: DN150, Flange, Flow capacity, Kvs: 1.591 m³/h. Constructed and flanged to PN6, PN10, PN16 pressure classes. ΔPm of maximum 1200 Kpa. EPDM seals provide a working temperature range of -29 °C to + 121 °C, and a tight closing of the butterfly valve with the maximum close-of pressure. The flow characteristic is near equal percent up to 70° disc angle. The valve is manufatured in accordance with conformity assessment procedure: PED 97/23/EC. Category III.
