This backplane is part of the Modicon X80 range, a common platform of modules for Modicon M580 and Modicon M340 Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC). This Ethernet backplane is an accessory of programmable automation controllers. This dual X-bus and Ethernet backplane is composed of 4 X-bus and Ethernet slots for any modules and has a power consumption of 2.99W. This backplane supports a large choice of modules and can be extended thanks to its XBE slot. This ruggedized product can be used in more severe environments and operate in an extended temperature range, from -25°C to +70°C. This backplane has a current of 118mA at 24V DC and 49mA at 3.3V DC. It is furnished with 1 connector (XBE) expansion module for electrical connection. It is an IP20 rated product. The backplane has a weigh of 0.719kg.
