21W USB-A & USB-C PD PPS Charger Insert

The Schneider Electric Merten insert offers a USB-A and USB-C PD PPS charger, 21W power output. It is dedicated for any indoor environment and in-wall power supply. This charger is equipped with advanced charging technology USB-C Power Delivery Programmable Power Supply (PD PPS), enhancing the battery charging performance. It smartly negotiates the fastest power rate that the device can handle, and supports all the latest battery charging technologies. It is also backwards compatible. The charger enables optimal fast-charge to smartphones and other devices like earbuds, headsets, smartphones, and others. It includes OVC III, overheat, short circuit, inrush current and overcurrent protection. The USB-A provides maximum 18W power for small electronics devices, and supports fast charge and proprietary protocols: DC 5V 3A 15W; DC 9V 2A 18W; DC 12V 1.5A 18W. The USB-C provides maximum 21W fast charge power for mobile devices, and also supports PD fast charge and proprietary protocols: DC 5V 3A 15W; DC 9V 2.33A 21W; DC 12V 1.75A 21W; DC 5V-12V 0.1A-3A Max 21W. Together, the USB-A and USB-C ports provide a maximum 17W of power and maximum 2.4A for each port. The high durability USB ports allow for >10K mating cycle. The standby power is <0.05W, and the input voltage is 220-240VAC at 50-60Hz. The product lifespan is 30,000 hours with output power 21W by 25°C. This device enables flush mounting. The dimensions are (W) 71mm x (H) 71mm (D) 30mm. The USB charger is made of PC (polycarbonate) GF10 FR, making it as resistant as possible. It reaches the IK04 protection level, protecting against 0.5 joules of impact. This USB charger reaches IP20 against solid objects and liquids.
